This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website eagle-logic.com and our commerce, licensing, and support activities, how we use it, and your rights.

1. The most important point: we do not receive your model data
PRIOR is software you run on your own infrastructure. When you operate the PRIOR engine, your prompts, the model's completions, and any data you route through it are processed entirely on your own systems. By design, the engine does not transmit that content to Eagle Logic — there is no prompt telemetry and no model input/output logging sent to us.
For connected (non–air-gapped) license tiers, a deployed engine makes a periodic (roughly every two weeks), minimal license-check request to our license server containing only your license identifier and an opaque per-node identifier, used to enforce your licensed node count, never prompts, completions, customer data, or the contents of your models. Air-gapped deployments make no outbound requests at all.
The personal information described below is limited to what we collect through our website, commerce, licensing, and support functions.
2. Information we collect
- Identity & contact data — name, email address, and (for purchases) billing details you provide when you buy a license, request a free trial, contact support, or subscribe to updates.
- Transaction & license data — products purchased, tier, node quantity, license identifiers, subscription status, and renewal/expiry information.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers; Stripe handles card data as an independent controller/processor under its own terms.
- Technical & usage data — IP address, request metadata, and anti-abuse signals collected when you use the site or the trial form (including via Cloudflare Turnstile). IP is used transiently for fraud/abuse prevention and rate-limiting and is retained only briefly.
- Marketing data — if you opt in to product updates or our mailing list, your email address and subscription preferences.
- Support communications — the content of messages you send us.
- Advertising & measurement data: if you reach us from one of our ads and advertising cookies are permitted, a Google click identifier and the fact that you then requested a trial or bought a license. This tells us which ads work. It is never joined to your prompts or model data, which we do not have. See §8.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
5. International transfers
We are US-based and our providers are primarily in the USA. Where we receive personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., the Standard Contractual Clauses offered by the providers above under their data-processing agreements).
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above: license/transaction records for the life of the subscription plus any period required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes; marketing data until you unsubscribe; anti-abuse IP signals for a short window (e.g., days).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@eagle-logic.com; we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by California law, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Cookies & local storage
There are two kinds of storage on this site, and they follow different rules.
Storage the site needs to work. We use browser local storage for functional purposes only: remembering your theme preference, enforcing form rate-limits, and recording your advertising choice below so we do not ask again. It is not shared with anyone, it stays on your device, and it does not require consent.
Advertising cookies (Google Ads). We advertise, so we need to know which ads actually bring people
here. Where permitted, this site loads Google's tag, which sets Google Ads cookies (the _gcl_*
family) recording that your visit, trial request, or purchase followed one of our ads. Google acts as
a third party for this and may use the data for conversion measurement and remarketing under its own
terms. We do not use it for fingerprinting, and it is never connected to your prompts or model
data, which we never receive in the first place (see §1).
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we ask before setting anything. No advertising cookie is written until you choose Accept. Choosing Reject sets none, sends no advertising identifier, and leaves only a redacted, cookieless signal that Google uses for aggregate estimates. Outside those regions these cookies are enabled by default.
You can change your mind at any time. The Cookie settings link in the footer of every page reopens the choice, and a change takes effect immediately for everything set afterwards. To have data already collected deleted, use the contact route in §7.
Page analytics remain cookieless. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records aggregate page metrics without cookies, without fingerprinting, and without tracking you across sites or building a profile of you, and it stores nothing on your device. It is unaffected by the choice above and runs either way, because it sets no cookies and does not process information that identifies you.
Cloudflare Turnstile, on our forms, may set a token to distinguish humans from bots; it is used only for security and abuse prevention. Third-party pages we link to, such as Stripe checkout, are governed by their own cookies and notices.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including hashed credentials, least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and access-gated infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
10. Children
The site and products are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy; we will post the new effective date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where required.
